Root Canal Therapy
Save your natural teeth and relieve pain with expert root canal treatment.
Root canal therapy is a highly effective way to save a tooth that’s badly decayed, infected, or damaged. Instead of removing the tooth, we clean out the infection from inside and seal the tooth to protect it. This treatment helps relieve pain, stop the spread of infection, and keep your bite and smile intact.
At Dental Direct, we offer clear and affordable pricing for root canal treatment across different types of teeth. Whether it’s a front tooth, premolar, or molar, we handle Stage 2 and Stage 3 of the root canal procedure with care and experience.
Front Tooth (Stage 2 + 3)
Front teeth have a simpler root structure, making them quicker and less complex to treat. Root canal therapy for front teeth is ideal when there's deep decay or trauma affecting the nerve. We clean and disinfect the root canal (Stage 2), then seal and fill the space (Stage 3) to protect the tooth. This helps maintain your natural appearance and prevents tooth loss.
Premolar (Stage 2 + 3)
Premolars, located between the front and back teeth, may have one or two roots. They’re essential for chewing and maintaining dental alignment. Treating these teeth involves cleaning out infection or damaged pulp (Stage 2), then sealing and restoring the tooth (Stage 3). A crown is often recommended after treatment to strengthen the tooth and prevent breakage.
Molar (Stage 2 + 3)
Molars are the back teeth and have multiple roots, making treatment more complex. They play a major role in chewing, so saving them is important for long-term dental function. During root canal therapy, we remove infected tissue from all canals (Stage 2) and carefully seal the tooth (Stage 3). Due to the pressure molars handle, a protective crown is strongly advised after the procedure.
